I’ve developed my Integrated Wellness practice over two decades. Like many others who have a calling for this work, this was a natural step on my path to personal wellbeing to recover from the stress of a successful career; first serving 18-years in the British Army, followed by working as Training Program Manager, Cisco EMEA.
Mindfulness is at the centre of my approach to bringing our authentic selves to the workplace. I offer programs, practices, and tools to create a safe space at work to meet the challenges of our times. Individual approaches represent a positive first step to creating organisations fit for the human spirit – MBOE takes the next step by recognising that stress is a natural coping response to workplace culture and that we need to understand ourselves as well as each other to create organisations, which can adapt and succeed in these unprecedented times of change.
