I’m currently a vitality trainer with a background in medicine (epidemiological research) and cultural anthropology, supplemented a.o. with training in mindfulness(MBCT/ MBSR/ MBCL/ Insight Dialogue/ Interpersonal Mindfulness).

My teaching is a holistic method supporting companies to be/become vital organisations. To that end I collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines supporting human flourishing (physical, mental, emotional, meaning, culture, business). Teaching Mindfulness practices is one of the foundations in this holistic approach: nourishing professionals to be(come) vital and to create a vital organisation.

I have always been engaged in upgrading the ‘good’ to the ‘better’, especially through the communication and implementation of (technological) innovations. I believe in the value of reinventing our approaches – lifelong. Social Mindfulness: MBOE to me is an example putting the spotlight on the good – individual mindfulness practice - and make it better, more valuable and relevant by engaging on a collective level. The collective is needed for the social, ecological and political challenges we are facing.
