I have been an Organisational Development and HR professional for 12 years. I have worked in Local Government, Financial and Voluntary Sector and more recently the Health Service.
In 2021, I was recognised as a National Award Winner for leadership and contribution to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion within the Health Sector. I work with various industries to support organisations on their diversity & inclusivity agenda. By adopting Social mindfulness, I support organisations and individuals to develop a more positive and constructive internal dialogue, to look at negative stereotypes, positive affirmations, and address systemic issues that exists within the workplace
I am a qualified advanced Legal Executive, Mental Health First Aider, Workforce Race Equality Standards Expert and accredited Coach and Mediator. In January 2022. I was appointed to Independent Chair for the Inclusive Scrutiny Panel for Northwest London Integrated Care System (ICS)
